Our Fold-Out Escape Ladders are constructed to provide a safe evacuation route during fires or other dangerous situations. The ladders are permanently fixed to buildings, and have a slim and unobtrusive design. The ladders measure 65x45mm when closed, and 375x45mm when opened with a 300mm distance between steps. The ladders are opened by pulling a release pin (included).
The ladders are made from extruded aluminium and rust resistant steel. These materials ensures the highest quality, durability and weather resistance. The general warranty for the ladders is 15 years, but the ladders usually last much longer when used as advised.
The ladders are designed to be installed without needing special tools or equipment, but self installation requires an understanding of DIY and basic tools. The ladders come with installation screws and a release pin.

What’s your return policy?
You are welcome to return the ladder if you for some reason change you’re mind. However, any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please send us an email if you have any questions.
How to order a ladder?
When you know the approximate measurements of your building, select a ladder that is suitable for your building from the dropdown menu above.
When you’ve found the correct ladder, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Finnish your order by filling in your name and address. You can pay with all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.
We will ship the ladder within three working days after you’ve completed your order.
